1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of deebeesolutions.com and any information request, consultation, or communication with Dee & Bee Solutions LLC ("Dee & Bee," "we," "us"). By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Paid services are governed by a separate signed services agreement or statement of work. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.
2. Who may use this site
This site is intended for business use by persons 18 or older with authority to act on behalf of the business they represent. It is not directed to consumers seeking personal products or services, or to children.
3. What this website is, and is not
The site describes services across four areas: Dee & Bee Growth (marketing and lead generation), Dee & Bee AI (AI voice and automation), Dee & Bee Technology (CRM), and Dee & Bee Capital (business capital referrals).
Content on this site is informational only. It is:
- not an offer to provide services on any particular terms;
- not a guarantee of any result, revenue, lead volume, ranking, or conversion rate;
- not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice;
- not a commitment to lend or an offer of credit. See Section 6.
4. Submitting a request
When you submit the Growth Assessment form or otherwise contact us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it, including any telephone number you supply.
Submitting a form creates no obligation on either side. We may decline any enquiry.
5. Communications and consent
5.1 How we may contact you
By providing your phone number and email address, you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry by phone, email, and SMS.
5.2 SMS messaging
We maintain two separate and independent consents, neither of which is pre-selected:
- Transactional — appointment reminders and service updates.
- Marketing — offers, discounts, and promotional updates.
Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5.3 Email
Marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional email relating to an active engagement may continue after you unsubscribe from marketing.
5.4 Calls, recording, and AI
Calls to or from 1 (866) 795-4210 may be answered or assisted by an automated AI voice assistant rather than a human, and may be recorded and transcribed.
Florida law requires the consent of all parties to record a communication. Where recording applies, you will be notified at the beginning of the call and may decline to be recorded or ask to speak with a person instead.
6. Dee & Bee Capital — third-party financing referrals
Dee & Bee Capital is a referral service only. We introduce businesses to independent third-party funding providers in connection with working capital, business lines of credit, equipment financing, commercial real estate funding, and alternative lending.
- We are a referral source. We are not a lender, and we are not a broker.
- We do not lend money, and we do not approve, underwrite, price, or guarantee any financing.
- All applications, approvals, amounts, rates, fees, and terms are determined solely by the third-party funding provider, under that provider's own agreements and privacy policy.
- Any figures discussed with us are general estimates for illustration only. They are never an offer of credit, a pre-approval, or a commitment to lend.
- Once you are referred, your relationship for that financing is with the funding provider, not with Dee & Bee. We are not responsible for their decisions, conduct, terms, or servicing.
- Dee & Bee may receive compensation from funding providers in connection with referrals.
7. No guarantee of results
Marketing, SEO, advertising, AI automation, and lead generation outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, capacity, sales process, competition, and the behavior of third-party platforms.
We do not guarantee any specific result. Any example, projection, or figure shown on this site is illustrative and is not a promise of performance. Individual results vary.
8. Your responsibilities
You agree not to use the site unlawfully; submit false information or another person's contact details without authority; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; scrape or overload the site; or use our content commercially without permission.
If we deliver services to you, you are responsible for the lawfulness of any contact data you provide to us for marketing purposes, including holding valid consent for that data.
9. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials are owned by Dee & Bee or its licensors. You may view and print them for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works without written permission. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are governed by that engagement's agreement.
10. Third-party services
We rely on third-party platforms, including HighLevel, Synthflow, Instantly, Stripe, Cloudflare, and Google. We are not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider's own terms.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and any information provided through it are furnished "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dee & Bee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of this site.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this site will not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), or (b) the total amounts you paid to Dee & Bee in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dee & Bee Solutions LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right — including any claim arising from contact data you supply to us.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15. General
Changes. We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the site, subject to any signed services agreement between us.
