These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of deebeesolutions.com and the marketing, lead generation, business financing referral, and business technology services (the "Services") offered by Dee & Bee Solutions LLC. By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Dee & Bee Solutions provides business growth solutions across four service lines:

• Marketing: AI-powered marketing campaigns, social media management, Google Business Profile optimization, email/SMS marketing, and website/funnel design.
• Lead Generation: verified contact data, decision-maker lists, custom prospect lists, appointment setting, and outbound outreach automation.
• Business Financing: referral and advisory services connecting clients to third-party lenders and funding sources for working capital, equipment financing, lines of credit, SBA loans, commercial real estate, and investor-program financing.
• Business Services & Technology: CRM implementation, AI voice/chat automation, workflow automation, consulting, reporting, and training.

2. Not a Lender; No Guarantee of Financing

Dee & Bee Solutions is a referral and advisory service, not a bank or direct lender (except where explicitly disclosed for a specific product). We do not guarantee approval, terms, or funding amounts for any financing product. All financing is subject to the underwriting criteria and approval of the third-party lender or funding source. 3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting inquiries, applications, or onboarding materials;
• Use the Site and Services only for lawful business purposes; and
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided as part of onboarding.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for Marketing, Lead Generation, and Business Services engagements are set out in the applicable service agreement or proposal provided to you prior to engagement. Financing referral compensation, where applicable, is disclosed in accordance with our Business Financing Disclosure and applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Dee & Bee Solutions or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Links and Partners

The Site and our Services may reference or link to third-party lenders, platforms, or tools (including GoHighLevel and other software partners). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC BUSINESS RESULT, LEAD VOLUME, MARKETING OUTCOME, OR FINANCING APPROVAL FROM USE OF OUR SERVICES.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dee & Bee Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
