1. Who we are
Dee & Bee Solutions LLC ("Dee & Bee," "we," "us," "our") is a Florida limited liability company providing marketing, lead generation, AI automation, CRM technology, and business capital referral services to small and mid-sized businesses.

This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
2. Scope
This policy covers deebeesolutions.com, our web forms, our phone and SMS channels, our AI voice assistant, and our email communications.
It does not cover third-party websites we link to, or data we process on behalf of our clients in their own systems. When a client hires us to run their marketing or CRM, we act as a service provider to that client, and the client's own privacy policy governs their end-customer data. See Section 11.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you give us

We may also collect company size, budget, decision timeline, and preferred contact method when you provide them during a consultation, on a call, or in later correspondence.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Attribution and session data. Our CRM records how you reached us — referring URL, UTM campaign parameters, and session identifiers — so we understand which marketing channels produce enquiries.
- Analytics. We use web analytics to understand how visitors use our site, including device and browser type, pages viewed, time on page, and approximate geographic region.
- Security and delivery. Our content delivery provider processes IP addresses and request metadata to route traffic and mitigate abuse.
3.3 Calls, recording, and our AI voice assistant
When you call 1 (866) 795-4210, your call may be answered or assisted by an automated AI voice assistant rather than a human, and calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and record-keeping purposes.
Florida law requires the consent of all parties to record a communication. Where recording applies, you will be notified at the beginning of the call and may decline to be recorded or ask to speak with a person instead. If you do not consent to recording, you may contact us by email at [email protected].
3.4 Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
3.5 Information we do not collect
Our services are directed to businesses, not to consumers or children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, bank account statements, credit reports, health information, or biometric data through our website forms. Where a business financing referral requires such information, it is collected directly by the third-party funding provider under that provider's own agreements — not by Dee & Bee.

We keep transactional and marketing consent separate. Agreeing to appointment reminders does not opt you into marketing messages.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share it with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract:

About the categories above. We describe our providers by category and purpose because the specific tools we use change as technology changes. We may add, replace, or remove a provider within any category listed above without republishing this policy — but we will not use your information for a new purpose that is not described in this policy without telling you first. The provider names above reflect who we use as of the "last updated" date. To ask who we currently use in any category, email us at the address in Section 1 and we will tell you.
5.1 What we send to AI providers, and what we do not
To prepare your growth analysis or similar deliverables, we send business-level information to an AI provider — for example your business name, website address, industry, approximate company size, the services you expressed interest in, and the growth challenge you described.
We do not send your personal contact details for this purpose — not your phone number, not your email address, and not your consent preferences. We do not send Social Security numbers, bank or credit information, health information, or any of the categories listed in Section 3.5.
We do not permit our AI providers to use your information to train their models.
Third-party funding providers. If you ask us to introduce you for business financing, we pass your business contact details to independent third-party funding providers. Those providers are not our service providers — they act independently, under their own agreements and privacy policies. See Section 6.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
6. Dee & Bee Capital — referrals only
Dee & Bee Capital is a referral service. We are not a lender and not a broker. We do not approve, underwrite, price, or guarantee financing.
If you request an introduction, we share your business contact information with one or more independent funding providers. From that point, your relationship for that financing is with the funding provider, and their privacy policy governs the information you give them.
Dee & Bee may receive compensation from funding providers in connection with referrals.
7. Your choices
Email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email. We may still send transactional messages relating to an active engagement.
SMS. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Calls. Ask to be added to our internal do-not-call list and we will honor it.
Access, correction, and deletion. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We may retain information where we are required to by law or where we need it to complete a transaction you requested.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these choices.

We may retain information longer where required by law or to resolve a dispute.
9. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Where information is processed
Our providers process data in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
11. When we act as a service provider
When a client engages us to operate their marketing, CRM, or AI systems, we process their end-customers' data on that client's instructions, as their service provider. The client remains responsible for that data, and the client's own privacy policy governs it. Our obligations to clients are set out in our services agreement.
12. Third-party links
Our website and communications may link to sites we do not control. This policy does not apply to them.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change. We will notify active clients by email of any material change.
